Harju County , or Harjumaa (, ), one of 15 counties of Estonia. It is situated in northern Estonia, on the south coast of the Gulf of Finland, and borders Lääne-Viru County to the east, Järva County to the south-east, Rapla County to the south, and Lääne County to the south-west.

Harju län (svenska: Harriens län; estniska: Harju maakond eller Harjumaa) är ett län i norra Estland med 521 410 invånare (2004), mer än en tredjedel av Estlands totala befolkning. Estlands huvudstad Tallinn ligger i länet. Landshövding är sedan 2006 Värner Lootsmann. Länet motsvarar i stort det historiska landskapet Harrien.
