Hanbali

Hanbali (Arabic: حنبلى ) is one of the four schools (Madhhabs) of Fiqh or religious law within Sunni Islam (the other three being Hanafi, Maliki and Shafii). It is also a school of aqeedah (creed) in Sunni Islam, also referred to as the Athari (or Textualist) school. The school was started by the students of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (d. 855). Hanbali jurisprudence is predominant among Muslims in the Arabian Peninsula, although students of Islam throughout the world study and may choose to observe its conclusions about Islamic practice. The Hanbali school is followed by less than 3% of the world's Muslim population.

Die Hanbaliten sind eine der vier traditionellen Rechtsschulen (Madhahib) des sunnitischen Islams.Sie geht auf Ahmad ibn Hanbal (780–855) zurück, der unter anderem Schüler Muhammad ibn Idris al-Schafiis (767–820) und des Hanafiten Abu Yusuf war, wurde jedoch erst von seinen Schülern institutionalisiert. Ibn Hanbal billigte neben dem Koran und der Sunna vor allem dem Konsens der islamischen Gemeinde (Umma) eine wichtige Stellung zu. Der Hanbalismus ist besonders in dogmatischen und in Fragen des Kultus sehr konservativ und strikt. Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab wurde über Ibn Taimiyya vom Hanbalismus entscheidend beeinflusst.

El Hanbalismo (Madhab hanbalí) es un Madhab (escuela Madhhab juridico-religiosa islámica que se dedica a resolver los problemas que puedan surgir en el contexto de la Ley Coránica), fue fundado por Ahmad ibn Hanbal (Baghdad, 780-855), el cual se oponía de forma radical a cualquier forma de intromisión de la razón humana en la interpretación de las fuentes primarias del Islam, el Corán y la Sunna. Esta intransigencia interpretativa se traduce en un estilo de vida ascético y en una observancia profunda del intelectualismo teológico.
