HNF

Hydrazinium nitroformate (HNF) is a salt of the hydrazinium ion (N2H5+) and nitroformate (C(NO2)3-). It is an energetic oxidizer, and is soluble in most solvents. Research is being conducted at ESA, to investigate its use in solid rocket propellants. It tends to produce propellants which burn very rapidly and with very high combustion efficiency. Its high energy leads to high specific impulse propellants. It is currently an expensive research chemical available only in limited quantities. A disadvantage of HNF is its limited thermal stability.

Es wird als möglicher Oxidator für Raketentreibstoffe angesehen. Das Kation ist das Hydrazinium, H3N-NH2+, das Anion ist das Nitroformat, C(NO2)3-. Das Nitroformat ist vom Trinitromethan, HC(NO2)3, abgeleitet, welches auch analog zu Chloroform, HC(Cl)3, Nitroform genannt wird. Das H des Nitroforms ist sauer, d.h. es wird an Basen wie das Hydrazin übertragen. HNF (zkratka slov Hrdinové nové fronty) byla legendární ceská punková kapela. Kapela vznikla v roce 1985 v Jihlave ve složení Petr a Pavel Štepánovi a Leoš Kostelecký. Skupinu lze oznacit jako ze „staré školy“ – tzn. vetšina zkoušek i vystoupení se odehrávala ve sklepech ci garážích nelegálne, proto také nekdy zasahovala Verejná bezpecnost. HNF za sebou zanechali pet demokazet a nahrávky z koncertu a jednu oficiální nahrávku „Válecný území“, kterou vydalo pochopitelne až po spolecenské zmene v roce 1991 vydavatelství Monitor v dobe, kdy skupina už neexistovala a která je sestavena jako výber z demosnímku „Válka“, „Obycejní hrdinové“ a „Dum na demolici“.
