Grundig
Grundig AG is a formerly German manufacturer of consumer electronics for home entertainment which transferred to Turkish control in 2004-2007. Established in 1945 in Nuremberg by Max Grundig, the company changed hands several times before becoming part of the Turkish Koç Holding group. In 2007, after buying control of the Grundig brand, Koc renamed its Beko Elektronik white goods and consumer electronics division Grundig Elektronik A.S., which has decided to merge with Arçelik A.S. as declared on February 27, 2009.

Grundig AG
Die Grundig AG war ein vom Radiohändler Max Grundig gegründetes deutsches Unternehmen für Unterhaltungselektronik mit Sitz in Fürth und später Nürnberg. Es wurde zu einem Symbol des westdeutschen Wirtschaftswunders und galt lange Zeit als sogenanntes Traditionsunternehmen. Im April 2003 musste das Unternehmen Insolvenz anmelden.

Grundig AG était un frabriquant d'électronique domestique de loisir d'Allemagne de l'Ouest. Max Grundig a fondé la compagnie à Nuremberg en 1945, peu après la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il est connu pour le format V2000.

Grundig AG jest niemieckim producentem elektroniki użytkowej.
Max Grundig założył przedsiębiorstwo w Norymberdze w 1945 roku.
Historia przedsiębiostwa zaczyna się w 1930r wraz z założeniem sklepu o nazwie Fuerth, Grundig & Wurzer (RVF), gdzie sprzedawano radioodbiorniki. W 1951r wyprodukowano pierwsze telewizory, a w 1960r pierwsze radiomagnetofony. W 2003 firma Grundig zbankrutowala. Obecnie marka Grundig jest pod kontrolą tureckiej Koç Group, właściciela marki Beko. Produkuje między innymi telewiozry i odtwarzacze DVD.
