Governor Washington Jr., better known as Governor, is an Southern American Soul (music) and R&B singer who was signed to T.I.'s label, Grand Hustle, under the aegis of Atlantic Records. He is signed to the newly formed G-Note Records which is a subsidiary label of 50 Cent's G-Unit Records.
