Gordon Kennedy is a Scottish actor. Kennedy grew up in Tranent, East Lothian. (Born February 22, 1958). He attended George Watson's College in Edinburgh.He first rose to prominence in the sketch show Absolutely and presented the 'original' National Lottery show, alongsideAnthea Turner. He has appeared in several dramas, including the role of Sergeant Bruce Hornsby in the BBC drama, Red Cap. He then went on to appear in the BBC Scotland soap River City.
