Keyumars
Keyumars (کیومرث), older Persian Kayōmart, was the first Shāh of the world according to the poet Firdausī's Shāhnāma. The character of Keyumars is based upon a figure from a Zoroastrian creation myth, called in the Avesta Gayō Marətan and in later Zoroastrian texts Gayōmard or Gayōmart.

Gayomart
[Persian] Literally, 'dying life'. The primeval man in Persian mythology who was created by the supreme god Ahura Mazda. Gayomart lives as a spirit for 3,000 years, then assumed the corporeal form of a handsome youth. He lived in this form for 30 years, but was poisoned by Ahriman at the instigation of Jeh. From his seed grew -- plant-like -- Mashye and Mashyane, the father and mother of the human race.
