Fraser-Fort George Regional District, British Columbia
The Fraser-Fort George Regional District of British Columbia is located in the east central part of the province. It is bounded by the Alberta border to the east, the Columbia-Shuswap and Thompson-Nicola Regional Districts to the south, Cariboo District to the southwest, Bulkley-Nechako District to the west, and the Peace River District to the north/northeast. As of the 2001 Census, the Regional District had a population of 95,317, and a land area of 51,083.73 km² (19,723.54 sq mi). The district seat is located at Prince George.
