Fantasia (music)
The fantasia (also , , ) is a musical composition with its roots in the art of
improvisation. Because of this, it seldom approximates the textbook rules of any strict
musical form.In the
Baroque and
Classical music eras, a fantasia was typically a piece for
keyboard instruments with alternating sections of rapid passagework and
fugal texture. From the Baroque period,
J. S. Bach's Chromatic Fantasia and Fugue,
BWV 903, for
harpsichord; Fantasia and Fugue in G minor,
BWV 542, for
organ; and Fantasia and Fugue in C minor,
BWV 537, for organ are examples. For an example from the Classical period, see
Mozart's
Fantasia in D minor, K. 397 (see
Köchel) for
fortepiano. In contemporary music,
Busoni's Fantasia Contrappuntistica or
Corigliano's Fantasia on an
ostinato are examples of a fantasia.

Fantaisie
En
musique classique, la fantaisie est une
composition de forme composite, par opposition aux
formes musicales strictes telles que la
sonate. Présente du à nos jours, elle permet au compositeur de déroger au cadre de composition habituel qui lui impose soit une progression harmonique stricte (comme la forme sonate), soit un enchaînement thématique pré-établi (forme ABA, forme sonate bi-thématique avec exposition, développement et réexposition, etc.). La fantaisie fait se succéder les thèmes plutôt qu'elle ne les organise.

Phantasie
Mit dem Begriff Phantasie bzw. Fantasie (
griech.: „phantasia“ = „
Erscheinung,
Vorstellung,
Traumgesicht,
Gespenst“, von „phantάzesthai“ = „erscheinen“) wird eine
schöpferische und
produktive Fähigkeit des menschlichen
Geistes bezeichnet. Oft ist der Begriff mit dem Bereich des
Bildhaften konnotiert (Erinnerungsbilder, Vorstellungsbilder), kann aber auch auf sprachliche und logische Leistungen (
Ideen) bezogen werden. Im engeren Sinn als Vorstellungskraft bzw.
Imagination ist mit Phantasie vor allem die Fähigkeit gemeint, innere
Bilder und damit eine „Innenwelt“ zu erzeugen. Das Resultat dieser schöpferischen Kraft, das einzelne Vorstellungsbild, heißt auch
Phantasma. Im heutigen Sprachgebrauch umfasst der Begriff Phantasie in der Regel sowohl die Fähigkeit wie auch das Resultat des „Phantasierens“. Manchmal wird der Begriff auch abwertend gebraucht im Sinne einer
Fiktion bzw. eines
Hirngespinstes.

Schloss Fantaisie
Das Schloss Fantaisie liegt in
Eckersdorf-Donndorf, fünf Kilometer westlich von
Bayreuth. Erbaut wurde es als weitere Sommerresidenz (nach der Eremitage, welche nicht ganz so großzügig ausgelegt ist) vom Markgrafenpaar
Friedrich und
Wilhelmine von
Brandenburg-Bayreuth.Diese sammelten während einer fast einjährigen Italienreise Eindrücke, welche sie in Schloss Fantaisie umsetzten. Wilhelmine konnte den Baubeginn nicht mehr miterleben, sie starb 1758 im Alter von 49 Jahren. Friedrich begann 1761 mit dem Bau. Auch er konnte die Fertigstellung nicht mehr miterleben. Er starb 1763 im Alter von 51 Jahren in Bayreuth.

Fantasia (musica)
La fantasia musicale, o semplicemente fantasia, è una composizione musicale che affonda le sue radici nell'
improvvisazione. È una composizione libera strutturata secondo la fantasia dell'autore, che non rientra nei canoni di nessuna
forma musicale codificata. Le prime forme di fantasie musicali si debbono al periodo barocco e più precisamente a Bach, il quale conferì al genere della fantasia una dignità musicale decisamente superiore. Assai notevoli per musicalità e perfezione stilistica le fantasie di Mozart, tra cui vanno annoverate le celeberrima e oscure fantasie K397 in Re minore e K475 in Do minore, la fantasia in Sol minore op.77 di Beethoven e le fantasie romantiche di Schubert e Chopin.
