FFP staat voor fresh frozen  plasma, vrij vertaald in het Nederlands "vers bevroren plasma". Deze techniek wordt gebruikt voor het maken van een stollingspreparaat, waarbij alle in het plasma aanwezige stollingsfactoren behouden blijven.
