Epcot
Epcot is a theme park in the Walt Disney World Resort, located near Orlando, Florida. The park is dedicated to the celebration of human achievement, namely international culture and technological innovation. The second park built at the resort, it opened on October 1, 1982 and was initially named EPCOT Center. In 1994, the "Center" was dropped from the park's name, and by 1996, the park was simply named Epcot. In 2010, Epcot hosted approximately 10.83 million guests, ranking it the third most visited theme park in the United States, and fifth most visited theme park in the world.

Epcot
Epcot ist der zweitgrößte Vergnügungspark der Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Er wurde nach Magic Kingdom als zweiter Vergnügungspark gebaut und öffnete seine Tore erstmals am 1. Oktober 1982. Sein Name war ursprünglich EPCOT Center. Die Themensetzung des Parks ist zweigeteilt in internationale Kultur und technische Innovationen. Epcot war bis 1998 flächenmäßig der größte Vergnügungspark im Walt Disney World und wurde dann von Disney’s Animal Kingdom abgelöst. Mit schätzungsweise 10,9 Millionen Besuchern (Platz 6) zählte der Park im Jahr 2007 zu den meistbesuchten Vergnügungsparks weltweit.

EPCOT
EPCOT est le nom d'un parc à thème de Walt Disney World Resort. C'est l'acronyme de Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow ou Prototype expérimental d'une communauté du futur. Le parc a ouvert le  1982.

Walt Disney World
Walt Disney World, är världens största nöjesparksområde och ligger i Orlando, Florida (USA), invigd 1 oktober 1971. Numer ingår fyra stora nöjesparker:
  • Magic Kingdom där arrangemangen omfattar bl.a. scener ur sagornas och Disneyfilmernas värld, amerikanska historietablåer och naturmiljöer.
  • Epcot med framtidsvisioner och en världsutställning som f.n. omfattar 11 olika länder.
  • Disney-MGM Studios handlar om filmens värld och har några riktigt ruskiga attraktioner som Twilight Zone Tower of Terror och Rock'n'RollerCoaster.
  • Animal Kingdom är en djurpark (riktiga djur!) med Disneys speciella sinne för detaljer och överraskningar.

Epcot
Epcot (van 1982 tot 1993: EPCOT Center) is het tweede themapark bij het Walt Disney World Resort te Orlando.

Het park is qua oppervlakte groter dan het Magic Kingdom en is ook gelegen op het immense Walt Disney World Resort. Het werd geopend op 1 oktober 1982 en is het "leerzaamste" Disneyworld-park. De naam Epcot is eigenlijk een afkorting en staat voor Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow.
