Das Ohr (lat. auris) ist ein Sinnesorgan, mit dem Schall, also Ton oder Geräusch als akustische Wahrnehmung aufgenommen wird. Der Begriff Hörorgan bezeichnet in der Physiologie des Menschen die Gesamtheit von Ohren, den Hörnerven (Nervi cochleares) und Auditiver Hirnrinde. Die Funktion des Hörorgans führt zum Hören.
