Dragon Cake Green Pu-erh
We are not sure if this tea should be framed or brewed. But after tasting this delicious Pu-erh we have decided to brew it up. You can make your own decision. On one side of this 3/4 pound pressed brick is the Chinese character for tea. On the other is a dragon. If you are on the brew side of the fence, use a strong knife (a swiss army knife is great) and gently, but firmly scrape the leaves off of the cake and then steep. It takes a bit of practice.
