Doha
Doha (, or , literally: "the big tree") is the capital city of the state of Qatar. Located on the Persian Gulf, it had a population of 998,651 in 2008, and is also one of the municipalities of Qatar. Doha is Qatar's largest city, with over 60% of the nation's population residing in Doha or its surrounding suburbs, and is also the economic centre of the country.

Doha
Doha (, im Dialekt ad-Doha für „Die Bucht“) ist die Hauptstadt von Katar und liegt am Persischen Golf. Die Einwohnerzahl lag im Jahr 2007 bei etwa 400.000. Doha wächst mit der nur 9 km entfernten Stadt Ar-Rayyan schnell zusammen, insgesamt wohnen hier etwa 670.000 Menschen. Die Stadt beherbergt den Internationalen Flughafen Doha, wichtige Teile der Öl- und Fischereiindustrie sowie mit der „Education City“ ein Gebiet für Forschung und Bildung.

Doha (Qatar)
Doha est la capitale du Qatar. Elle est située sur le golfe Arabique, construite dans une baie qui comporte une corniche de 7 km de long, et appartient à la subdivision de Ad Dawhah.

Doha
Doha (arabiska: الدوحة, ad-Dawḥah eller ad-Dōḥah) är huvudstaden i Qatar. Folkmängden i kommunen uppgick till cirka 800 000 invånare vid folkräkningen 2010, med ungefär lika många invånare boende i de omgivande förorterna (bland annat i kommunerna al-Rayyan, al-Khor och al-Wakra). Cirka 77 procent av kommunens befolkning är män.

Ad-Dauha
Ad-Dauha (arab. الدوحة; "wielkie drzewo"; poprzednia nazwa Al-Bida) miasto w Azji leżące na wschodnim wybrzeżu półwyspu Katar, w Zatoce Perskiej, stolica i największe miasto Kataru. W krajach anglosaskich miasto znane jest pod nazwą Doha.
Przez wiele lat Ad-Dauha było ważnym portem, jednak płytkie wody i rafy koralowe powodowały, że w porcie nie mogły cumować duże jednostki. Miasto zostało zniszczone w 1867 w czasie wojny z Bahrajnem. W 1916 Brytyjczycy ustanowili je siedzibą swojego protektoratu. Gdy Katar uzyskał niepodległość, miasto zostało jego stolicą. Miasto wyraźnie zmieniło swój wygląd: zlikwidowano slumsy, wybudowano nowe budynki mieszkalne, zbudowano odsalarnię wody morskiej, która zaopatruje mieszkańców. Nowo wybudowany port morski jest zdolny przyjmować jednostki oceaniczne. W mieście znajduje się międzynarodowy port lotniczy Doha. W 2010 roku miasto będzie gościć uczestników XIV Halowych Mistrzostw Świata w Lekkoatletyce.
