James M. Cox Dayton International Airport , also referred to as simply Dayton International Airport, is a public airport located nine miles (14 km) north of the city of Dayton in Montgomery County, Ohio, USA.It was founded in 1936 when the city purchased the original private airstrips from a corporation. The airport is named after James M. Cox, a former governor of Ohio, Democratic presidential nominee, and publisher of the Dayton Daily News.Dayton International Airport handled 1,306,237 passengers in 2006.

The Defense Intelligence Agency, or DIA, is a major producer and manager of military intelligence for the United States Department of Defense. DIA, designated in 1986 as a Defense Department combat support and intelligence agency, was established in 1961 as a result of a decision by Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara, under president John F. Kennedy . The Department of Defense created DIA with the publication of Directive 5105.21, "Defense Intelligence Agency" on 1 August, effective 1 October 1961.[1] DIA was preceded by the Counter Intelligence Corps. Approximately 11,000 men and women work for DIA worldwide (about 30 re military personnel and about 70 re civilians). The exact numbers and specific budget information are not publicly released due to security considerations. DIA has major operational activities at the Pentagon, the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center (DIAC), Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C., the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center (AFMIC) in Fort Detrick, Maryland, and the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) in Huntsville, Alabama. DIA is a member of the United States Intelligence Community, reporting to the Director of National Intelligence. The activities of DIA are often compared to Russia's GRU, the UK's Defence Intelligence Staff, and Israel's Aman (IDF).

Dia è un programma per la creazione di grafici sviluppato come parte del progetto GNOME: in quanto parte di GNOME, Dia è software libero. Dia ha un'architettura modulare che include varie librerie grafiche che permettono di disegnare vari tipi di diagrammi: diagrammi di flusso, circuiti elettrici, grafici UML, diagrammi di rete, diagrammi E-R ed altri ancora. È inoltre possibile aggiungere nuove librerie grafiche al programma creando dei file XML che contengano delle istruzioni scritte in un subset dello SVG. Dia è stato progettato per svolgere la maggior parte dei compiti che normalmente svolge il programma commerciale Visio. Il formato nativo dei file di Dia è lo XML, compresso per risparmiare spazio. Dia può esportare i suoi diagrammi in postscript e SVG o DXF. È possibile creare degli script per Dia usando Python.
