Demanda judicial
La demanda judicial es, en términos generales, toda petición formulada ante un tribunal de justicia y, en sentido estricto, aquel medio a través del cual una persona expone sus pretensiones a un tribunal iniciando así un proceso de carácter civil en sentido amplio (civil, de familia, mercantil, laboral, contencioso-administrativo, etc.), constituyendo el primer acto que inicia la relación procesal.
