Deformation can refer to:

In der Medizin bezeichnet eine Deformation eine durch äußere Einflüsse entstandene Missbildung. Dies kann in der Embryonalentwicklung durch mechanische Einflüsse geschehen. Möglich sind aber auch solche durch Vererbung. Zu solchen Defekten gehören unter anderem vier oder sechs Finger an der Hand oder an den Füßen Zehen, Spaltlippe oder gar das Fehlen ganzer Extremitäten.
