Deep Blue (Tokyo Mew Mew)

is a fictional character, and the major villain, in the anime and manga series Tokyo Mew Mew. His name is unchanged in Mew Mew Power.Deep Blue is the mysterious leader of the aliens trying to take over Tokyo. Apparently he can't do anything by himself until he is awaken, but Kish, Pie and Tart are always ready to do anything for him, waiting for his awakening, as they believe that Deep Blue is able to save their people.
