Neel Doff was the pseudonym of Cornelia Hubertina Doff: (b. Buggenum, Netherlands 27 January 1858 - d. Ixelles, Belgium 14 July 1942) She was a French author of Dutch speaking origin and one of the most important contributors to Proletarian Literature.
