The Cotentin Peninsula, also known as the Cherbourg Peninsula, is a peninsula in Normandy, forming part of the north-western coast of France. It juts out north-westwards into the English Channel, towards Great Britain. To its west lie the Channel Islands and to the southwest lies the Brittany Peninsula.

Le Cotentin est un pays normand du massif armoricain, autrefois appelé Pagus Constantiensis (pays de Coutances), situé entre l’estuaire de la Vire et la baie du mont Saint-Michel.

Cotentin är en halvö som sticker ut från Normandie i Engelska kanalen och formar på så vis en del av Frankrikes nordvästra kust.

Półwysep Cotentin (także Costentin, Półwysep Normandzki; fr. Péninsule du Cotentin) – półwysep w północno-zachodniej Francji, nad kanałem La Manche. Ze wschodu oblewają go wody zatoki de Saie (Sekwany), a z zachodu – zatoki Saint-Malo. Jest to część obszaru historycznej Normandii. Obecnie zajmuje północną część departamentu Manche.
