Corinth
Corinth (Greek Κόρινθος, Kórinthos) is a city and former municipality in Corinthia, Peloponnese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Corinth, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. It is the capital of Corinthia.

Korinth
Korinth ( ) ist eine griechische Stadt mit 36.555 Einwohnern (2001) am Isthmus von Korinth, und zwar dem Isthmus, einer Landenge, die den Peloponnes und das griechische Festland verbindet. Westlich dieser Landenge befindet sich der Golf von Korinth. Korinth ist nach Patras und Kalamata die drittgrößte Stadt des Peloponnes und Verwaltungssitz der Präfektur Korinthia ( ). Die Stadt wird von der Küstenebene Vocha im Westen, den Geraneia-Bergen im Osten, den Oneia-Bergen im Süden sowie den Ortschaften Lechaio, Examilia, Kalamaki und Loutraki umgeben.

Corinthe
Corinthe (en grec ancien et en grec moderne / Kórinthos) est l'une des plus importantes cités de la Grèce antique. Elle demeure une ville importante de la Grèce moderne, en abritant habitants et en étant capitale du nome de Corinthie. Elle est mentionnée dans l'Iliade, où elle porte aussi le nom d'Éphyre. Occupant une position stratégique sur l'isthme qui relie la Grèce du Nord (l'Attique continental et Athènes) à la presqu'île du Péloponnèse et séparant deux mers importantes (la mer Ionienne et la mer Égée), elle était destinée à devenir une grande puissance maritime.

Korinth
Korinth (grekiska: Κόρινθος, Korintos) är en antik och modern stad i Grekland, omkring 78 km väster om Aten vid Korintiska näsets smalaste passage mellan Korintiska viken och Saroniska viken. Korinth har gett namn åt prefekturen Korinth eller Korinthia, som är Peloponnesos till invånarantalet näst största prefektur. Staden Korinth är Peloponnesos näst största stad med sina 36 556 invånare (2001).

Korynt
Korynt (gr. Κόρινθος, Korinthos; łac. Corinthus), miasto portowe w środkowej Grecji, na półwyspie Peloponez, na Przesmyku Korynckim, stolica prefektury Koryntia. Liczba mieszkańców: 23 tys. (1991).
Współczesny Korynt oddalony jest o kilka kilometrów od starożytnych ruin miasta - znajdują się one we wsi Starożytny Korynt (gr. Archea Korinthos). Ma to związek ze zmianą przebiegu linii brzegowej - ruiny starożytnego miasta portowego są dziś położone w głębi lądu.
Na terenie ruin starożytnego miasta znajdują się pozostałości doryckiej świątyni Apollona, wzniesionej w połowie XI w. p. n. e.. Nad ruinami wznosi się wzgórze Akrokorynt, na którym istniała w starożytności słynna na cały świat grecki świątynia Afrodyty, znana jako miejsce sakralnej prostytucji. Świątynia nie zachowała się do naszych czasów - na Akrokoryncie znajdują się ruiny późniejszej, średniowiecznej twierdzy.
