Coombe railway station is an intermediate station on the scenic
Looe Valley Line in the
English county of
Cornwall. It serves the small settlement of
Coombe. Immediately to the south of the station is Coombe Junction, where the Liskeard to Looe service reverses after descending a steep incline. The station itself is rarely served, as the trains mostly reverse at the junction, a decision supposedly justified by the lack of passengers at the station over the years. Along with the Class 153 and 150 Sprinter units that work to Looe, the China Clay trains are the only other users of this Cornish branch.
