The Communist Party of the Netherlands (Dutch: Communistische Partij Nederland, CPN) was a Dutch communist political party. The CPN is one of the predecessors of the GreenLeft.

De Communistische Partij van Nederland (CPN) was een Nederlandse politieke partij die in 1909 werd opgericht als Sociaal-Democratische Partij (SDP) en in 1991 opging in GroenLinks. De partij vertegenwoordigde de hoofdstroom van het communisme (marxisme-leninisme) binnen het Nederlandse politieke bestel.
