Chrysler LLC is an American automobile manufacturer that has been producing automobiles since 1925 and from 1914 under the Dodge name. From 1998 to 2007, Chrysler and its subsidiaries were part of the German based DaimlerChrysler (now Daimler AG) after an arduous deal dubbed a "Merger of Equals" in 1998. Prior to  1998, Chrysler Corporation traded under the "C" symbol on the NYSE. Under DaimlerChrysler, the company was named "DaimlerChrysler Motors Company LLC", with its U.S. operations generally referred to as the "Chrysler Group".

Chrysler Group est une société américaine contrôlant plusieurs marques automobiles: Chrysler, Dodge et Jeep. Elle a fait partie du groupe allemand DaimlerChrysler entre 1998 et 2007, puis a été racheté le 14 mai 2007 par le fonds d'investissement américain Cerberus. Ce rachat a été consacré le 6 août 2007 avec la présentation de "The New Chrysler" et le retour du Pentastar (étoile à cinq branche) comme nouveau logo.

Die Chrysler LLC ist ein US-amerikanischer Automobilhersteller mit Sitz in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Sie ist im mehrheitlichen (80,1 %) Besitz der Investmentgesellschaft  Cerberus Capital Management. Bis 1998 war Chrysler unter dem Namen Chrysler Corporation ein selbständiges Unternehmen, ging danach infolge der Fusion mit der Daimler-Benz AG in der DaimlerChrysler AG auf. Im Mai 2007 entschied sich die Unternehmensleitung von DaimlerChrysler zum mehrheitlichen Verkauf von Chrysler, dieser wurde am 3. August 2007 abgeschlossen. Die Daimler AG hält weiterhin die übrigen Anteile (19,9 %) an der Chrysler LLC.

Chrysler to amerykański koncern motoryzacyjny produkujący m.in. samochody pod tą samą marką. Obecnie należy do korporacji Cerberus Capital Management, która odkupiła przedsiębiorstwo od spółki DaimlerChrysler 3 sierpnia 2007 roku. Tym samym koncern DaimlerChrysler przestał istnieć.  Firma przedsiębiorstwa została zmieniona i obecnie brzmi Chrysler Holding LLC, a symbolem koncernu ponownie została pięcioramienna gwiazda (pentastar).

La Chrysler è una casa automobilistica americana fondata nel 1925. Negli anni è diventato un importante gruppo automobilistico mondiale, diventando proprietaria di numerosi marchi. Il gruppo Chrysler è rimasto indipendente fino al 1998, anno in cui fu acquisito dalla Daimler-Benz per costituire la Daimler-Chrysler. Dopo nove anni, nel 2007, il gruppo Chrysler è passato sotto il controllo del gruppo finanziario Cerberus Capital Management, mentre la Daimler-Chrysler è diventata Daimler AG.
