Christadelphian

Christadelphians (From the Greek "Brothers in Christ") are a religious group that developed in the United Kingdom and North America in the 19th century. The name was coined by John Thomas, who was the group's founder. There are an estimated 50,000 Christadelphians in 120 countries.

Die Christadelphian-Gemeinden sind eine Gemeinschaft von Christen, deren ausschließliche Glaubensgrundlage ihr Verständnis des Wortes Gottes in der Bibel ist. Die Bezeichnung "Christadelphian", wie sich die Gläubigen nennen, ist von den griechischen Wörtern "Christos adelphoi" abgeleitet und bedeutet "Brüder in Christus". Andere verwendete Bezeichnungen sind Urchristen (Selbstbezeichnung im deutschen Sprachraum), Thomasites oder Brethren in Christ.

Chrystadelfianie, Bracia w Chrystusie (ang. Christadelphians) - mały odłam nietrynitarnego chrześcijaństwa. Chrystadelfianie (bracia i siostry w Chrystusie) to nietrynitarna denominacja chrześcijańska założona w USA w XIX wieku przez dr. Johna Thomasa.
