Captain Hook
Captain James Hook is the main antagonist of J. M. Barrie's play Peter Pan; or, the Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up and its various adaptations. The character is a villainous pirate captain of the Jolly Roger brig, and lord of the pirate village/harbour in Neverland, where he is widely feared. Most importantly, he is the archenemy of Peter Pan. It is said that Hook was Blackbeard's boatswain, and that he was the only man Long John Silver ever feared. His only two fears are the sight of his own blood (which is supposedly an unnatural colour) and one fateful crocodile.

Kapten Krok
Kapten Krok (en. Captain James Hook) är en fiktiv karaktär från J. M. Barries Peter Pan från 1904. Krok är en pirat och Peter Pans fiende. Han ska ha varit den ende som Long John Silver någonsin fruktade. Han har en krok istället för sin högerhand, vilken Peter Pan en gång högg av och som sedan blev uppäten av en krokodil. Krokodilen gillade smaken av Krok så mycket att den nu följer efter honom, i hopp om ännu en munsbit.

Kapitein Haak
Kapitein Haak is de gezworen vijand van Peter Pan in het gelijknamige verhaal van J.M. Barrie. Hij is de aanvoerder van een groep niet al te snuggere piraten, waarvan zijn persoonlijke assistent Vetje de meest in het oog springende is.
Kapitein Haak heet zo omdat zijn linkerhand - zoals het een stereotype piraat betaamt - is vervangen door een haak. Dit omdat die hand in een gevecht door Peter Pan is afgehakt, en vervolgens door een krokodil is opgegeten. De krokodil heeft na dit incident de smaak van Kapitein Haak kennelijk goed te pakken, want hij blijft hem tot in lengte van dagen achtervolgen.
