Ceto
Céto
Dans la mythologie grecque, Céto (du grec ancien / Kêtố, « Monstre aquatique », de / Kễtos, « gros poisson, animal énorme vivant dans l'eau » et en particulier « baleine »), fille de Pontos (le Flot) et de Gaïa (la Terre), est une divinité marine primordiale. Unie à son frère Phorcys, elle engendre de nombreux monstres marins (notamment les Gorgones et les Grées : voir l'article Phorcydes).

Ceto
Keto (Κετω) eller Ceto var en gudinna över havets dolda faror i grekisk mytologi. Hon hade flera namn som var Kratiis ("Av klipporna"), Lamia ("Hajen") och Trienos ("Tre gånger"). Hennes namn Keto (från grekiskans "ketea") betyder "valar" eller "havsmonster" och hon var gudinna över just valar, större hajar och havsmonster.

Keto
Keto - w mitologii greckiej odrażający morski potwór, córka Pontosa i Gai. Poślubiła swego rodzonego brata Forkysa. Ich dziećmi, zwanymi Forkidami, były Gorgony, Graje, Syreny oraz Scylla.
Keto była personifikacją morskich niebezpieczeństw i obawy przed nieznanym. W sztuce greckiej przedstawiano ją jako wężokształtną rybę.
