The Federal Constitutional Court (German: Bundesverfassungsgericht, or BVerfG) is a supreme constitutional court established by the constitution or Basic Law of Germany. Since its inception with the beginning of the Federal Republic of Germany, the court has been located in the city of Karlsruheintentionally distanced from the other federal institutions in Berlin (earlier in Bonn), Munich, and Frankfurt.

Das Bundesverfassungsgericht (BVerfG) ist in Deutschland das Verfassungsgericht des Bundes. Als Hüter der deutschen Verfassung hat das Gericht eine Doppelrolle einerseits als unabhängiges Verfassungsorgan und andererseits als Teil der judikativen Staatsgewalt auf dem speziellen Gebiet des Verfassungs- und Völkerrechts.

Le Tribunal constitutionnel fédéral (Bundesverfassungsgericht, abrégé en BVerfG) est la cour constitutionnelle allemande. Créé en 1951 et siégeant à Karlsruhe (dans le Bade-Wurtemberg), il juge de la conformité des lois avec la Loi fondamentale de 1949.

Bundesverfassungsgericht är Tysklands författningsdomstol. Den har sitt säte i Karlsruhe. Författningsdomstolen utses av ett utskott med lika delar representanter från Bundestag och Bundesrat. Mandatperioden ligger på 12 år. Författningsdomstolen har bl.a. makten att förbjuda enskilda politiska partier.

Federalny Trybunał Konstytucyjny (niem. Bundesverfassungsgericht, BVerfG, dosł. Federalny Sąd Konstytucyjny) – sąd konstytucyjny Republiki Federalnej Niemiec. Jest strażnikiem niemieckiej konstytucji (Grundgesetz) będąc zarazem organem konstytucyjnym oraz częścią sądownictwa z dziedziny prawa konstytucyjnego. Ma siedzibę w Karlsruhe w Badenii-Wirtembergii.
