Bi Luo Chun

Bi Luo Chun, literalmente Caracol Verde da Primavera, é um chá verde listado entre os Chás famosos da China. Oriundo da província de Jiangsu, é comum encontrar falsificaçöes dele, geralmente feitas em Sichuan.No meio da plantaçäo, se encontram frutíferas, como pessegueiros e damasqueiros, contribuíndo com seu sabor único.A infusäo deve ser feita de 80°C, para poder aproveitar totalmente o sabor.

Bi Luo Chun is a very famous green tea originally cultivated in Jiangsu Province, China but now has become so popular that it is produced in other provinces as well. This tea is made entirely by hand. Young, tender leaves are carefully picked, (it takes thousands of these pickings to produce each pound of tea). The leaves are then given a light pan firing, rolled between the fingers and the palm of the hand and finally, dried over a charcoal fire.
