Benjamin Bathurst (1784 - November 25, 1809?) was a British diplomat serving in Continental Europe during the Napoleonic Wars. He was the younger son of Lord Chancellor Henry Bathurst, 2nd Earl Bathurst, and his second wife Tryphena (née Scawen). Henry Bathurst, 3rd Earl Bathurst, was his elder brother.
