Disturbed's second full album, recorded in Spring 2002 and released on
September 17,
2002. It debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts selling 284,000 copies in its first week, making it Disturbed's second #1 debut so far. There was also a limited edition release issued with a supplementary DVD and deluxe packaging. The album was recorded in only six weeks.
