Bayes++
Bayes++ is an open source (MIT license) C++ library for Bayesian filtering. The library is mainly written by Michael Stevens, and is platform independent. It uses the Boost uBLAS library for matrix handling. Unfortunately there exists little documentation for this software library outside of the class hierarchy and method names produced by Doxygen.
