Basile Ikouébé
Basile Ikouébé (born 1 July 1946) is the current Minister of Foreign Affairs and La Francophonie of the Republic of the Congo. He was named to the position on 31 May 2007, replacing Rodolphe Adada. Previously, Ikouébé was Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Congo to the United Nations. He is a member of the ruling Congolese Labour Party.
