The official symbol of the Bahá'í Faith is the five-pointed star, as mentioned by Shoghi Effendi:"Strictly speaking the 5-pointed star is the symbol of our Faith, as used by the Báb and explained by Him."(on behalf of Shoghi Effendi, Directives from the Guardian, p. 52) There are also three other symbols used: the nine-pointed star, the ringstone symbol, and calligraphy of the Greatest Name.
