Baghdad Province ( ) (or Baghdad Governorate) is the capital province of Iraq. It includes the City of Baghdad, as well as the surrounding metropolitan area, which includes Al-Mada'in (Seleucia-Ctesiphon), Taji, Mahmudiya District and Abu Ghraib District. The province has a total area of , the smallest of the 18 provinces of Iraq but the most populous.

Das irakische Gouvernement Bagdad ( Muḥāfaẓat Baġdād) besteht aus der Hauptstadt Bagdad und der umliegenden Fläche. Mit 734 km² Fläche ist es das kleinste und gleichzeitig mit rund 6,4 Millionen Einwohnern (Stand 2003) das bevölkerungsreichste der 18 Gouvernements des Iraks. Einst war Bagdad das am besten entwickelte Gouvernements des Iraks. Seit der US-Invasion 2003 ist vieles zerstört worden.

La province de Bagdad (ou Baghdâd) est la plus petite des 18 provinces d'Irak (734 km²) par l'étendue, mais elle est la plus peuplée à cause de la ville de Bagdad capitale de la province et du Pays (6 400 400 habitants).

Bagdad är en av Iraks provinser och omfattar landets huvudstad, staden Bagdad, och dess närmaste omgivning. Provinsen har totalt 6 962 650 invånare (2006) på en yta av 4 843 km², varav ungefär 6 miljoner bor i själva staden.
