After signing schoolboy forms with Torino at the age of 12, Baggio passed up through the ranks before making his first-team debut at 17 in Serie B. His first taste of top-flight action came the following season, '90-91, when his performances attracted the attention of the big Italian clubs. He moved to Inter for a season, then back to Turin and Juventus. Baggio has bossed the midfield at Parma since his transfer from Juventus in 1994. Off the field, he exchanges poise for passion - Dino is mad about cars and is responsible for Parmalat sponsoring the Brabham Formula One team.
