Asturias (, , ), officially the Principality of Asturias ( ; ), is an autonomous community of Spain. It is coextensive with the province of Asturias, and contains nearly all of the territory that was part of the Kingdom of Asturias in the Middle Ages. The autonomous community of Asturias is bordered by Cantabria to the east, by Castile and León to the south, by Galicia to the west, and by the Bay of Biscay to the north.

Asturien (spanisch Asturias bzw. offiziell Principado de Asturias, d. h. Fürstentum Asturien, asturisch Asturies bzw. Principáu d'Asturies) ist eine Autonome Gemeinschaft im Nordwesten Spaniens. Das Territorium der Autonomen Gemeinschaft ist identisch mit dem der Provinz Asturien (früher Provinz Oviedo). Die Hauptstadt ist Oviedo mit 212.000 Einwohnern (2005).

La Principauté des Asturies (Principáu d'Asturies en asturien, Principado de Asturias en espagnol) est une communauté autonome uniprovinciale d’Espagne. Elle a obtenu le statut de principauté  à l’obtention de l’héritier de la couronne d’Espagne du titre de prince des Asturies. Sa capitale est la ville d’Oviedo (Uviéu), cependant Gijón est la ville plus pleuplée.
