Aristotle Sokratis Onassis (, Aristotelis Onasis; 15 January 1906 – 15 March 1975), commonly called Ari or Aristo Onassis, was a prominent Greek-born Argentine shipping magnate.

Aristote Onassis
Aristote Socrate Onassis (en grec , Aristoteles Sokrates Onassis) ( à Smyrne, Empire ottoman — à Neuilly-sur-Seine, France) est le plus célèbre armateur grec du et l'une des plus célèbres figures de la jet set internationale des années 1950 aux années 1970. Il fut l'époux de Jacqueline Kennedy de 1968 jusqu'à sa mort ainsi que l'amant de Maria Callas.

Aristoteles Onassis
Aristoteles Socrates Onassis (Αριστοτέλης Ωνάσης, Ari Onassis), född 15 januari 1906 i Smyrna (nuvarande Izmir), Turkiet, död 15 mars 1975 i Neuilly-sur-Seine utanför Paris, Frankrike, var en grekisk skeppsredare och entreprenör. Onassis var bland annat skapare av det grekiska flygbolaget Olympic Airways.

Arystoteles Onassis
Arystoteles Onassis, gr. Αριστοτέλης Ωνάσης (ur. 15 stycznia 1906 w Smyrnie (obecnie Izmir w Turcji) w Grecji, zm. 15 marca 1975 w Paryżu) - grecki przedsiębiorca, magnat transportu morskiego, jeden z najbogatszych ludzi ówczesnych czasów.
W 1922 w czasie wojny grecko-tureckiej miasto zdobyli Turcy i jego rodzina straciła prawie wszystko. Onassisowi uratował życie turecki porucznik. Wtedy prawdopodobnie sfałszował swoją datę urodzenia (faktycznie miał przyjść na świat w 1904 r.). W 1923 roku na pokładzie parowca Tommaso di Savoia wyjechał do Argentyny zbijając fortunę w firmie handlującej tytoniem.
