The Arabian Peninsula is a land mass situated north-east of Africa. Also known as Arabia or the Arabian subcontinent, it is the world's largest peninsula and covers 3,237,500 km² (1,250,000 mi²). The area is an important part of the Asian continent and plays a critical geopolitical role of the Middle East and Arab World due to its vast reserves of oil and natural gas. The peninsula formed as a result of the rifting of the Red Sea between 56-23 million years ago, and is bordered by the Red Sea to the west, the Persian Gulf to the northeast, and the Indian Ocean to the southeast.

Die Arabische Halbinsel , auch Arabien, ist mit 2,73 Mio. km² Fläche die größte Halbinsel der Welt und liegt auf der Arabischen Platte.  Geologisch gehört sie zu Afrika, geografisch wird sie zu Asien gezählt.

L'Arabie (en arabe : شبه الجزيرة العربية šibh al-jazīra al-ʻarabīya où جزيرة العرب jazīrat al-ʻarab) est une vaste péninsule au sud-ouest de l'Asie, au sud de la Palestine, de la Jordanie et de la Mésopotamie, et à l'ouest de l'Iran. Elle est essentiellement désertique, du fait de l'omniprésence de masses anticycloniques. Seul l'extrême sud-ouest est un peu plus arrosé : les montagnes captent un peu d'humidité. Aussi les précipitations autour de Sana'a peuvent atteindre 400 à 600 mm/an, et jusqu'à 1000 en altitude. Partout ailleurs, on n'atteint pas 200 mm/an sur les côtes.

Arabiska halvön är en halvö i sydvästra Asien med en yta på cirka 3 miljoner km² (vilket gör den till världens största) och med omkring 45 miljoner invånare (1998). Den begränsas av Röda havet i väster, Adenviken och Arabiska havet i söder och sydöst samt Omanviken och Persiska viken i öster.

Półwysep Arabski (ar. جزيرة العرب Dżazirat al-Arab, dosłownie "wyspa Arabów") - półwysep w Azji Południowo-Zachodniej, położony między Morzem Czerwonym, Morzem Arabskim i Zatoką Perską. Zajmuje powierzchnię 2 780 tys. km², jest tym samym największym półwyspem świata.
