Aosta Valley

Das Aostatal (italienisch Valle d' Aosta, französisch Vallée d'Aoste;  franko-provenzalisch Val d'Outa) ist eine autonome Region mit Sonderstatut in Italien. Die Region hat eine Fläche von 3.262 km² und rund 123.000 Einwohner. Sie ist somit die kleinste Region Italiens, sowohl flächen- als auch bevölkerungsmäßig. Hauptstadt ist Aosta (frz. Aoste).
