Antara Dev Sen
Antara Dev Sen is a renowned Indian journalist, and the elder daughter of Nobel laureate Amartya Sen and his first wife, Nabanita Dev Sen. Anatara did her schooling in Calcutta and higher education in DelhiIndia. She then joined the Hindustan Times. As a senior editor of the Hindustan Times, she went to Oxford University on a fellowship from the Reuter Foundation. On her return to Delhi, she started The Little Magazine and was its founding editor. The magazine predominantly publishes articles on literary themes relating to South Asia. Dev Sen also writes for the Open Democracy Movement and is an advisor for Words Without Borders.
