Angelus
The Angelus (Latin for "angel") is a Christian devotion in memory of the Incarnation. As with many Catholic prayers, the name Angelus is derived from its incipit: Angelus Domini nuntiavit Mariæ ("... the Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary ...") and is practised by reciting as versicle and response three Biblical verses describing the mystery; alternating with the salutation "Hail Mary!" The Angelus exemplifies a species of prayers called the prayer of the devotee.

Angelus/Z! Z! Z! (Zip! Zap! Zipangu!)
"Angelus" is the sixteenth single from Japanese singer Hitomi Shimatani, and features the b-side Z! Z! Z! (Zip! Zap! Zipangu!). Both songs are featured on her 2004 album, Tsuioku+Love Letter. This was the third and final single released to promote the album. It peaked at #8 on the Oricon charts and went on to sell around 53,000 copies.

Château Angélus
Château Angélus, until 1990 known as Château L'Angélus, or simply L'Angélus, is a Bordeaux wine from the appellation Saint-Émilion, ranked Premier grand cru classé B in the Classification of Saint-Émilion wine. The winery is located on the Right Bank of the Bordeaux wine region, in the commune of Saint-Émilion in the department Gironde.

Château Angélus

Der Engel des Herrn
Der Engel des Herrn (Angelus) ist ein Gebet der katholischen Kirche, das morgens, mittags und abends gebetet wird. Der Papst betet es jeden Sonntag um 12 Uhr vom Fenster seiner Wohnung aus. Als Gebetseinladung erfolgt in der Regel das wenige Minuten andauernde Angelusläuten, das in einigen Kirchengemeinden morgens um 6 Uhr aus Rücksicht auf die nahen Anwohner entfällt oder auf 7 Uhr verlegt worden ist. Das Gebet beinhaltet die Betrachtung der Menschwerdung des Gottessohnes in der Zeit, vorbereitet durch den Verkündigungs-Dialog zwischen dem Erzengel Gabriel und Maria. Nach jedem der drei Betrachtungsworte wird ein Ave Maria gebetet. Die abschließende Oration beendet das Gebet. Der Papst schließt diesem noch drei Mal die Doxologie „Ehre sei dem Vater“ und das Totengedenken an, bevor er den Segen erteilt.

Angélus
L'Angélus est une de l'Eglise catholique d'Occident qui commémore l'Annonciation. Elle tire son nom de ses premiers mots, « Angelus Domini nuntiavit Mariæ ». Elle constitue trois textes décrivant le mystère de l'Incarnation. Elle est récitée en versicule et en répons avec la salutation « Je vous salue Marie ! »

Château Angélus
Le château Angélus, est un domaine viticole de 23,5 hectares de Saint-Émilion en Gironde. En AOC Saint-Émilion, il est classé Premier grand cru classé B dans les derniers classements des vins de Saint-Émilion de 2006.
