Amarasiri Dodangoda (born
October 18 1942) was the Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs of
Sri Lanka since April
2004. He served as Chief minister of the Southern Province of Sri Lanka for one term from
1993 to
1994 and another term in 1994. He has to deal with the consequences of the
Tsunami of 2004. He represents
Galle district in parliament. As of 23 November 2005, under the new government of President
Mahinda Rajapakse, he is the Minister of Justice.
