Das Allied Command Transformation (ACT) ist eines der beiden strategischen Hauptquartiere der NATO, zuständig für die Transformation. Der Kommandeur ist der Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT), der gleichzeitig auch Kommandeur des US Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) und damit immer ein US-amerikanischer General oder Admiral ist.

Dowództwo Sił Sojuszniczych NATO ds. Transformacji (ang. Allied Command Transformation, ACT) jest jednym z dwóch dowództw strategicznych NATO, zajmujące się transformacją zdolności militarnych Sojuszu do nowych wymagań geopolitycznych. Nowe dowództwo ma testować i wdrażać nowe doktryny strategiczne, kontrolować zdolności i możliwości wojsk Sojuszu oraz prowadzić szkolenia i ćwiczenia. Siedzibą ACT jest Norfolk w Stanach Zjednoczonych.
