Albus Dumbledore

Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore is a fictional character within the Harry Potter series written by British author J. K. Rowling. He is the headmaster of the fictional wizarding school Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for the majority of the series and founder of the "Order of the Phoenix", a fictional organisation dedicated to fighting the main antagonist of the series, Lord Voldemort.

Albus Percival Wulfryk Brian Dumbledore (ur. w lipcu lub sierpniu 1881 lub 1920 , zm. prawdopodobnie 28 czerwca 1997) – postać fikcyjna występująca w serii książek o Harrym Potterze autorstwa angielskiej pisarki Joanne K. Rowling. Dumbledore był dyrektorem Szkoły Magii i Czarodziejstwa w Hogwarcie i zarazem najpotężniejszym czarodziejem swoich czasów (tylko jego lękał się Lord Voldemort). Albus został mianowany dyrektorem po odejściu na emeryturę Dippeta. Wcześniej był nauczycielem transmutacji. Albus miał doskonałe poczucie humoru i nie przejmował się złymi opiniami na swój temat. Lubił muzykę kameralną i kręgle. Nie przepadał za fasolkami Bertiego Botta, ponieważ w młodości trafił na fasolkę o smaku wymiocin. Jego ulubiona konfitura miała smak malin. Posiadał feniksa, którego nazwał Fawkes, kształt feniksa miał też jego patronus. Najlepszym przyjacielem Albusa był Elphias Doge, który, tak samo jak Albus, był odrzucany przez grupę w szkole. Dumbledore ma drugie imię (Percival) po ojcu, czego dowiadujemy się w 2 rozdziale tomu Harry Potter i Insygnia Śmierci.

Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Silente, di solito chiamato Albus Silente o, nell'originale inglese, Albus Dumbledore, è un personaggio immaginario della saga di romanzi fantasy di Harry Potter, scritta e ideata da Joanne Kathleen Rowling. Incarna molti dei valori e dei tratti tipici del classico "mago buono" ed è stato paragonato a Gandalf e ad alcune rappresentazioni del mago Merlino: è molto saggio, ma anche eccentrico e ironico, e sono queste ultime due caratteristiche a renderlo unico. È stato a lungo Preside della Scuola di Magia e Stregoneria di Hogwarts.

Albus Parcival Wolfram Bertus Perkamentus (Engels: Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore) is een personage uit de boekenreeks over Harry Potter van de Britse auteur Joanne Rowling. Hij leefde van van juli/augustus 1881 tot juni 1997 en wordt gezien als een van machtigste tovenaars uit de twintigste eeuw. Hij was het schoolhoofd van Zweinstein waar hij Armando Wafelaar opvolgde.
