Aka-Kora (also known as Kora) is an extinct
language of the
Andaman Islands,
India, spoken by the
Aka-Kora people. Before the arrival of British settlers (and the subsequent decline in diversity among the linguistic and cultural stock on the Andaman Islands), Aka-Kora was spoken on the northeast and north central coasts of North Andaman Island. It was also spoken on Smith Island.
