Airports Council International (ACI) is the leading international trade group of the world's commercial aviation industry, based in Geneva, Switzerland. It is a non profit organisation, whose prime purpose is to advance the interests of airports and to promote professional excellence in airport management and operations. By fostering cooperation amongst airports, world aviation organisations and business partners, ACI makes contributes to providing the travelling public with an air transport system that is safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible.

Fondé en 1991 par la fusion de plusieurs associations antérieures, le conseil international des aéroports (CIA. De l'anglais, Airports Council International, ACI) est la principale organisation professionnelle fédérant les équipements aéroportuaires mondiaux. Son siège est à Genève en Suisse. C'est une organisation à but non lucratif dont les principales préoccupations sont relatives aux intérêts des infrastructures aéroportuaires et à la promotion de l'excellence professionnelle dans la gestion et l'exploitation des aéroports. En favorisant la coopération entre les aéroports, les organisations aéronautiques mondiales et les partenaires financiers, le CIA contribue à la sécurité, à la sureté, à l'efficience et à la responsabilité environnementale du transport aérien.

Airports Council International (ACI) ist die führende internationale Handelsgruppe der kommerziellen Flugindustrie, mit Hauptsitz in Genf.Die ACI hat 567 Mitglieder die mehr als 1650 Flughäfen in 176 Staaten und Territorien betreiben. 2005 haben die ACI Mitglieder mehr als 4,2 Milliarden Passagiere, 81,8 Millionen Tonnen Fracht und 71,6 Millionen Flugzeugbewegungen abgewickelt.Die ACI besteht aus sechs Regionen, die jeweils als unabhängige Handelsgruppe unter der Verbandszugehörigkeit durch die ACI Marke agieren. Dementsprechend ist die Genf-basierte "ACI" nicht ein echter Hauptsitz, sondern mehr eine Dachorganisation, die die sechs regionalen Assoziationen vereint. Airports Council International of kortweg ACI is de wereldwijde overkoepelende organisatie van luchthavenbedrijven.ACI is een non-profit organisatie, bedoeld om de belangen van haar leden te behartigen in de internationale luchtvaart. In tegenstelling tot ACI, zijn deze leden zelf in het algemeen wel degelijk commerciële organisaties.ACI heeft momenteel 569 leden die 1640 luchthavens beheren in 177 landen. Het hoofdkwartier staat in Genève, Zwitserland.
