Airport Core Programme
The Hong Kong Airport Core Programme was a series of infrastructural works organised by the government of Hong Kong during the 1990s, with the new Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok as its central project. The programme was part of Port and Airport Development Strategy, more commonly known as Rose Garden Project. The whole plan cost HK$ 160.2 billion (160,200,000,000).
