Airman Battle Uniform

The Airman Battle Uniform (ABU) is the new service-distinctive camouflage battledress uniform for the United States Air Force. It is currently in full production and is expected to completely replace the Battle Dress Uniform by Fiscal Year 2011.

Die Airman Battle Uniform, kurz ABU, ist der derzeitige Kampfanzug der US Air Force. Die Uniform ist zurzeit in der Truppeneinführungsphase und soll bis zum Jahr 2011 den alten Kampfanzug komplett ersetzen. Die ABU wurde im Rahmen der streitkräfteweiten Weiterentwicklung der Kampfanzüge entwickelt.
