Adrian Frutiger
Adrian Frutiger (born May 24, 1928 in Unterseen, Canton of Bern, Switzerland) is a typeface designer who influenced the direction of digital typography in the second half of the 20th century and into the 21st. He is best known for creating the Univers and Frutiger typefaces.

Adrian Frutiger (* 24. Mai 1928 in Unterseen bei Interlaken) ist ein Grafikdesigner und einer der bedeutendsten Schriftgestalter des 20. Jahrhunderts. Er zählt zu den maßgebenden Schöpfern der Schweizer Typografie.

Adrian Frutiger
Adrian Frutiger (24 mai 1928 à Unterseen, près de Interlaken, en Suisse) est créateur de caractères et de logotypes. Il a été engagé par Charles Peignot à la fonderie Deberny et Peignot ou il a travaillé avec Ladislas Mandel, Albert Boton et d'autres, puis en indépendant avec la société Linotype, dont ses caractères contribuèrent à asseoir le succès.

Adrian Frutiger
Adrian Frutiger, född 24 maj 1928 i Interlaken, är en grafisk formgivare och en av de mest inflytelserika typograferna under 1900-talet. Han har bland annat skapat typsnitten Frutiger och Univers.

Adrian Frutiger
Adrian Frutiger (ur. 24 maja 1928 w Unterseen) – szwajcarski typograf, artysta grafik, specjalista i międzynarodowy autorytet komunikacji wizualnej, autor wielu publikacji z dziedzin typografii i semiografii.
Pierwsze nauki graficzne i liternicze pobierał począwszy do 1948 roku w Kunstgewerbeschule w Zurychu. W 1952 roku przyjechał do Paryża, gdzie podjął pracę jako projektant w firmie Deberny & Peignot. Ogólnoświatową sławę zapewnił mu projekt bezszeryfowej antykwy Univers, stworzony w 1957 roku. Krój ten do dziś jest jednym z najpopularniejszych.
